feature is a password protected internet portal that gives customers instant
access to contract and equipment information, twenty-four hours a day, seven
days a week. We create a database of all of your equipment and the associated
service contracts. Once you log in, you are connected to important information
for all of your locations. View all of your supported equipment by device type,
location, serial number, coverage level, configuration details, and more. Click
print and you have a hard copy of all or a selected part of your MDMS service
agreement.
